Description
The Pulsewave 760 switcher is a versatile and safe instrument for pulsed field DNA electrophoresis. The unit may be used with Orthogonal Fiel Alternating Gel Electrophoresis (OFAGE) and its variants, Clamped homogeneous Electric Fields (CHEF), and Field Inversion Gel Electrophoresis (FIGE). The Pulsewave 760 Switcher interfaces with an external power supply and gel box, redirecting the output os the power supply to two pairs of electrodes (OFAGE).
Pulsewave 760 switchers integral microcomputer and 11 operating modes provide maximum control over electrical wave pulses.
